Harvard Avenue Rehabilitation Improvement Project

CLEVELAND – On Monday, August 6, 2018, construction will commence on the Harvard Avenue Resurfacing Project between Lee Road and East 190th Street. Improvements will include milling asphalt pavement, partial and full depth pavement repairs, construction of ADA compliant curb ramps where needed, replacement of walks, aprons, catch basins and curb where necessary, adjustments to street castings, new pavement markings including bicycle facilities and new signage.

The project will be constructed in two sections:

    • Section 1 will improve Harvard Avenue between Lee Heights Boulevard and East 190th Street. This section is scheduled to be completed in November 2018.
    • Section 2 will improve Harvard Avenue between Lee Road and Lee Heights Boulevard. This section is scheduled to commence in the spring 2019.

The work will take place during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The project is scheduled for completion in August 2019.
