PTACs Help Businesses with Government Contracts For little or no charge Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) educate businesses to determine their abilities to compete for federal, state and local government contracts, register across government contract databases, and write and submit proposals. more
10,000 Small Businesses Program Comes to Cleveland Mayor Frank G. Jackson announced that the program, a partnership with Cuyahoga County and Goldman Sachs, will help businesses with economic growth, job creation, education, and access to capitol. Goldman Sachs has pledged $15 million to Cleveland for the program.
