Pipeline Infrastructure Improvements Update (Ward 3)

Thursday, May 11, 2017

CLEVELAND - Pipeline infrastructure improvements begin on Monday, May 22, 2017, weather permitting. It includes work on the following streets:

  • Hemlock from Center to Elm
  • Elm at Spruce Avenue

Improvement to infrastructure begins with the replacement of old steel mainlines. One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times with traffic control personnel in the work zone(s) directing traffic. In addition, a Law Enforcement Officer (L.E.O.) will be present at all signalized intersections. Access to adjacent driveways will be maintained throughout construction as well. The work will take place during daytime hours from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This project is scheduled for completion in May 2017.

If you have any questions please contact Dennis Scheid - Hill International at 216-701-2319.

Editor’s Note: Road construction invariably presents hazards to the public. All travelers are urged to use caution in construction zones. Public safety and the safety of workers is a top priority.
