Improvement to infrastructure begins with the replacement of old steel mainlines. One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times on two lane side streets with traffic control personnel in the work zone(s) directing traffic. On Lorain, one lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained. In addition, a Law Enforcement Officer (L.E.O.) will be present at all signalized intersections. Access to adjacent driveways will be maintained throughout construction as well. The work will take place during daytime hours from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This project is scheduled for completion in December 2017.

Note: In the event full restoration is not able to be completed due to weather, 2” thick temporary concrete sidewalks will be installed until full restoration can be completed in the spring of 2018.
